Welcome to Hollywood Hills

Hollywood Hills Property Owners Association was incorporated in the Summer of 1988, so that its property owners in Zone 1 and Zone 2 could enjoy a private beach, boat launch and dock.

Members and Board Members alike all work together to serve the greater good of the Association by maintaining the beach, boat launch, dock and by abiding by the HHPOA rules.  We welcome new and existing members to meet annually on the Saturday before Memorial Day in order to help get ready for the season.

Hollywood Hills Property Owners Association beach is located on Hollywood Road (First Lake) between Main Street and Mohawk Drive East.  First Lake is part of the Fulton Chain of Lakes sprawling from the Village of Old Forge, NY to Eighth Lake.
